Key Purpose:
- Keep customers happy!
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with Customers via e-mail and other written communication channels (Facebook, web-site contact form, etc)
- Respond promptly to requests about products and services, resolve complaints, follow up on customer interactions
- Prepare informational and promotional mailshots
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Customer service process
- Make recommendations to the founding team on product development, new features, key customer needs and issues
Требования:
Education and Experience:
- Strong English language ability (written - a MUST, verbal - a plus)
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Understanding of customer service best-practices
Key Competencies:
- Confident PC user, ability to type fast in English (you will need it!)
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Constant change and stress tolerance
